Aligned with Pistola’s enduring Meta strategy, we have consistently followed an incremental scaling approach, allocating Paid Media spend to 25% of Adjusted Gross Income. In April, we opted to elevate this percentage and achieved a tracked return on ad spend (ROAS) exceeding 2x during the prospecting phase. This led us to explore advertising on Snapchat, given its appeal to the brand’s targeted demographic. With a target of 30% year-over-year revenue growth set for Snapchat, our team successfully drove business expansion through strategic ad campaigns. The adjusted gross, factoring in a 14% deduction, reached $2,789,279.56, while maintaining an average return on investment (ROI) of 1.54 from 2021 to 2023.

The Outcome

Through our well-defined strategy and precise objectives, DRM successfully increased customer orders by 4,372 during the inaugural year of Snapchat ad spending, resulting in a revenue surge of $776,442. From 2021 to 2023, Pistola maintained a steady 30.4% profit margin on revenue over three consecutive years of marketing investment in Snapchat alone. Utilizing Meta metrics to guide campaign objectives and content styles, our decision to increase paid media spend to 25% in April led to the brand achieving a total monthly income surpassing $1 million. Ultimately, our efforts to expand Pistola’s reach yielded an impressive 81% growth in sales year over year (YoY). These achievements not only bolstered the brand’s financial performance but also contributed to increased visibility and expanded social media following across diverse platforms.
